The bin activator is a silo arch-breaking device. installed under the silo bottom , with good performance in eliminating bridge , reduce silo segregation promote mass flow , for continuous flow of dry bulk materials .can also used for stop feeding flow or control feeding flow.
Bin Activator Application
This Bin activator can be attached to any silo or bin , achieving an uniform flow of discharge from concrete, steel or plastic bins , suitable for bulk powder materials or granular materials.
The fluidity of some powdery bulk materials is very poor, and the unloading operation cannot be realized through various auxiliary flow methods, such as silo wall vibrator, air hammer, hammer and even air cannon. The horizontal vibration of VRV bin activator generate shear forces, which allows the continuous flow of bulk material. It is mounted below the hopper for arch breaking and uniform feeding.
